Sprint Checklists - Adds two checklists to the Card: "Add to Sprint" and "Pending to Add to Sprint". Doing this will also "Link" the cards, adding the cards as linked attachments to be easily accessible from the Project Board card to the Individual Board card, and vice versa. Throughout the sprint, additional Tasks can be dragged into the Add to Sprint checklist and added to the Current Sprint In Progress the same way.Īssigning Members to Send Cards to Individual Boards:įor any card on the Board, assigning member(s) to the card will create a copy of that card on the member's Individual Board, in their Current Sprint In Progress list. Multiple cards can be batch-created using a handy feature which takes checklist items from Activity cards and converts them into Cards in the Current Sprint In Progress list. Workflow From 30 Day Activities to Current Sprint In Progress: Butler allows the creation of custom Rules, Board Buttons, and Card Buttons. There are several features added to the Board using Butler, which automate some tasks related to setting up cards, delegating tasks to individuals, and managing the progression of tasks across the board. When a card is copied onto a personal board, it keeps the same label. All cards must have a label with an abbreviation of the Project Board title, and a number indicating which Phase of the project/initiative the card belongs to. Labels on all cards indicate the Phase of the project/initiative. Tasks from the Current Sprint In Progress list on the Project Board are copied onto Individual Boards. Individual Boards: Each Colleagian has a personal Trello Board which is used as a personal list of tasks and goals. Current Sprint Done: Any Task cards which are completed are moved into this list. There is a custom "Done" field on the card which should be updated with the progress of the task. ( Tasks) Current Sprint In Progress: Each Activity card from the previous list has multiple subordinate Tasks, each card in this list represents a task. These Tasks are listed with 3 levels of numbering. The Approach section will outline multilple, tangible Tasks which will need to be completed. The description of the card has the Objective, Deliverable, and Approach. Each card represents an Activity, with 2 levels of numbering as a prefix to the Activity title on the card. ( Activities) 30 Day Activities: Each Phase card from the previous list has multiple subordinate Activities. Each card has one level of numbering as a prefix to the Phase title on the card. Inside each card, the description breaks down the major goals and activities of each Phase. 
( Phases) Quarterly Project Phases: Each card represents a Phase of the initiative/project.They organize our work in the following lists (from left to right): Note that the numbering increases by one level to indicate the levels of cards from Phases to Activities to Tasks.
Project Boards: These represent large initiatives/projects our team collectively focuses on, usually as defined in the Quarterly Board.
